In ancient times sound was used as a powerful tool for healing, meditation and self-transformation. Fortunately, the knowledge and skill have been taught over many generations and are available in present days. You are welcome to learn about the secret of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
5-day Course (Meditation, Relaxation, Ailment, Therapy & Healing)
Students will learn: handling and playing singing bowls in different ways, doing Space Cleaning, and giving an Aura Massage, Chakra Cleansing and Balancing, and doing individual Chakra Massages and various Therapies. The fortunate who are given this encompassing type of healing are overwhelmed with the deepness of the experience they make. These are fantastic ways to powerfully experience deep meditation and relaxation. It is a wonderful gift to share with someone.
General Course Information
- Throughout both courses, all skills, massages and therapies will be practiced intensively
- Courses are taught individually (i.e. one teacher and one student). This way, maximum value for the student is achieved.
- Usually, one course takes up to 20 hours. This depends on previous experience and knowledge, preference and availability of the student and how fast he/she is learning.
- Group teachings can also be arranged.

Singing Bowl Origin
Singing bowls (also known as 'Himalayan bowls' or suzu gongs in Japan) are a kind of bell, specifically classified as a standing bell which sit with the bottom surface resting. The sides and rim of singing bowls vibrate to produce sound which can be used for spiritual traditions, meditation, relaxation, religious practice and personal wellbeing.
Singing bowls were historically made in Tibet, Nepal, India, China, Japan and Korea. Today they are made in Nepal, India, Japan and Korea. The best known types are from the Himalayan region and are often called "Tibetan singing bowls." A photo is attached below to give you an idea of how a small Tibetan singing bowl looks like.
