Yoga Retreat in Kathmandu(Weekend Retreat)

Yoga Retreat outskirts of Kathmandu (3 nights - Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

If think you have seen enough of the maddening crowd and busy streets in thamel and that you require a break, its the perfect time to join our weekend Yoga retreat and take a time to recharge yourself and in a peaceful and inspiring environment.  Take this opportunity to take your Yoga to the different level and immerse yourself deeper into your inner self, realising the peaceful nature of your mind ! Join us being supportive and positive to open up yourself on a weekend retreat of yoga and meditation amidst the nature of Matatirtha at the Osho Pathik foundation.

This yoga retreat is for you if you wish to de-stress yourself from all your hectic schedules and wish to explore your inner self. This retreat is also for you if you are on a path of healing yourself, physically or mentally or emotionally, as this retreat provides the perfect environment for you to deepen your self healing system. Consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor from Ayurvedic clinic next to venue can also be arranged if you are have keen interests in Ayurveda medicine.

Hatha yoga classes with guided support the practices and preliminary stages of meditation introduced
Pranayama & deep relaxation practices
locally sourced daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner(vegetarian)

Dates: Every weekend(from Friday - Monday) private retreat can also be arranged on request
 
Program Schedule:
 
Friday: About to 4 pm drive to the venue, Checkin, refreshment, and Yoga and meditation class,  dinner

Saturday:  Morning Yoga and meditation class, breakfast, free time, lunch, evening Yoga and meditation and celebration(kundalini meditation) and dinner

Sunday: Morning yoga and meditation class, breakfast, hike to Matatirtha( a pond and a sacred site dedicated to the remembrance of deseased mother by a son). Lunch, free time, evening Yoga and meditation followed by celebration(kundalini meditation) and dinner

Monday: 7am: Yoga and breakfast, and the retreat concludes at 9 am and drive back

Please note that this schedule is just the guideline and the timetable can be sometimes be changed to make it more convenient.
